Հայաստանի հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբշամարտի Մ17 տարեկանների հավաքականը 1 ոսկե, 3 արծաթե և 1 բրոնզե մեդալ է նվաճել Սերբիայի Նովի Սադ քաղաքում անցկացված Եվրոպայի առաջնությունում: Մեր ընտրանին թիմային հաշվարկում զբաղեցրել է երկրորդ տեղը։

Հայաստանի թիմի կազմում միակ ոսկե մեդալը նվաճել է 45 կգ քաշային Մարատ Աճեմյանը, որը եզրափակչում 10։0 հաշվով առավելության է հասել ռուսաստանցի Ասլանբեկ Կոստոևի նկատմամբ։

Հայաստանի մյուս ներկայացուցիչներ Յուրիկ Մխիթարյանը (51 կգ), Ալեքս Մարգարյանը (60 կգ) և Սեյրան Կիրակոսյանը (110 կգ) դարձել են արծաթե մեդալակիրներ, իսկ Նարեկ Գրիգորյանը (65 կգ) նվաճել է բրոնզե մեդալ։

Մ17 տարեկանների Եվրոպայի առաջնությունը կտևի մինչև հունիսի 30-ը:

Հունահռոեմականներից հետո մրցագորգը կտրամադրվի ազատ ոճային ըմբիշներին:
