Նինոծմինդա քաղաքում բազմաթիվ թափառող շներ կան: Նրանք ապրում են քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում, երբեմն հարձակվում են մարդկանց վրա։

Հունիսի 24-ին Նինոծմինդայի կենտրոնական այգում թափառող շները հարձակվել են երեխաների վրա։ Նինոծմինդայի բնակչության, առավել հաճախ՝ փոքր երեխաների վրա շների հարձակումները լուրջ խնդիր է, որը ուշադրություն է պահանջում և լուրջ վտանգ է ներկայացնում բնակչության համար։

Ռադիո NOR-ը բազմիցս նյութեր է հրապարակել Նինոծմինդա քաղաքում այս մեծ խնդրի մասին։

Վրաստանի օրենսդրությունն արգելում է դաժան վերաբերմունքը կենդանիների նկատմամբ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ շներին սպանելով խնդիրը չի լուծվի։ Նինոծմինդա քաղաքում թափառող շների թիվն օրեցօր ավելանում է, ինչը ոչ միայն դժգոհություն է առաջացնում, այլեւ վախ է առաջացնում բնակչության շրջանում։

Ո՞վ պետք է օգնի բնակչությանը լուծել այս խնդիրը և ի՞նչ պետք է անեն։ Նինոծմինդայի բնակչությունն այս հարցի պատասխանը դեռևս չունի։
