Զինված միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել Բաքվի Խազար շրջանի Շուվելան ավանում, որի ընթացքում զոհվել են ոստիկաններ և մի քաղաքացի:

Այս մասին ասված է Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ-ի և Գլխավոր դատախազության համատեղ հայտարարությունում: Ըստ հաղորդագրության, հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող բազմակի դատապարտված 1986 թվականին ծնված Ալլահվերդիև Ռովշան Օգթայ օղլուն, ոստիկանների կողմից ձերբակալման ընթացքում զինված դիմադրություն է ցուցաբերել: Ալլահվերդիևը, օգտագործելով իր ընտանիքի անդամներին որպես վահան, հրացանով գնդակոծել է երեք ոստիկանի և մի քաղաքացու:

Ոստիկանության ձեռնարկած միջոցների ընթացքում Ալլահվերդիևը վնասազերծվել է: Դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, ընթանում է նախաքննություն:
