ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը լրագրող Պավել Զարուբինին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է հույս դնել միայն սեփական ռազմական տեխնիկայի վրա, գրում է Коммерсант-ը։

«Հենց դա է ստիպում բոլորին հաշվել: Եվ դրամական բավարարումն են հաշվում, և նոր տեխնիկան, և պատվերներ են տեղադրում, դա շատ կարևոր է: Սա հիմքն է: Այս առումով մենք կարող ենք հույս դնել միայն մեզ վրա։ Ոչ ոք մեկնած ձեռքով մեզ մոտ չի գա ու ոչինչ չի տա։ Ամեն ինչ միայն ինքներս: Մենք դա կարողանում ենք անել»,- ասել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։

2024 թվականի փետրվարին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահը հայտարարել էր, որ պաշտպանության պետպատվերի ծրագիրը  և դրա ծավալը 2024 թվականի համար զգալիորեն մեծացվել են և ամբողջությամբ ֆինանսավորվել։ Այն ժամանակ նա ասել էր, որ պետպատվերն այժմ կատարվում է գրեթե 100 տոկոսով, ինչպես 2023թ.-ին։
