Այս մասին  հայտարարել Է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ռուսական ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների հետ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ։

«Ռուսաստանի համար սա (ռազմավարական պարտությունը - խմբ.) նշանակում է իր պետականության ավարտը է։ Սա նշանակում է ռուսական պետության հազարամյա պատմության ավարտ։

Կարծում եմ՝ սա բոլորի համար պարզ է։ Եվ հետո հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչո՞ւ պետք է վախենանք։

Ավելի լավ չէ՞ այդ դեպքում գնալ մինչև վերջ։
