Մոսկվայի հետ բանակցությունների հավանականությանն է անդրադարձել Ուկրաինայի նախագահի գրասենյակի ղեկավարը: Անդրիյ Երմակի խոսքով՝ Ուկրաինայի անկախության, ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության հարցում որևէ փոխզիջում լինել չի կարող:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա հավելել է, որ Կիևը հնարավորություն է փնտրում՝ Ռուսաստանին ներկայացնելու իր խաղաղության ծրագիրը, սակայն դաշնակիցների հետ համաձայնեցնելուց հետո։

«Կարծում ենք՝ դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ երկրորդ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում»,- հավելել է նա։

Երմակը հավելել է, որ ուկրաինական կողմը բաց է նաև Պեկինի հետ երկխոսության համար՝ չնայած Շվեյցարիայի գագաթնաժողովին չինական պատվիրակության բացակայությանը: Պաշտոնյայի խոսքով՝ ուկրաինական կողմը ցանկանում է Չինաստանի պես հզոր երկրին ներգրավել խաղաղության գործընթացին:
