Կապիկի ժանտախտով վարակված մարդ է մահացել

Հարավ-Աֆրիկյան Հանրապետությունում մահացել է մի 37-ամյա տղամարդ, ով վարակված է եղել mpox կամ կապիկի ժանտախտ վիրուսից։ Նա եղել է այն հինգ մարդկանց խմբում, որոնք այդ հիվանդությամբ հոսպիտալացվել էին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀԱՀ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը։


Նշվում է, որ կապիկի ժանտախտի բռնկում Աֆրիկյան մայրցամաքում ներկայումս առկա է Կոնգոյի Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետությունում։ Հաղորդման մեջ նշվում է, որ հրատապ կերպով ձեռք է բերվում Imvanex պատվաստանյութը, որը արդյունավետ կերպով կարողանում է պայքարել կապիկի ժանտախտի դեմ։ ՀԱՀ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը նշել է, որ միաժամանակ մի շարք միջազգային կազմակերպություններ նշված պատվաստանյութի մի քանի խմբաքանակներ որպես բարեգործություն, անվճար կտրամադրեն ՀԱՀ-ին։
