Ճապոնիայի Իսիկավա պրեֆեկտուրայում, որտեղ 2024 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին մի շարք հզոր երկրաշարժեր էին գրանցվել, կրկին երկրաշարժ է տեղի ունենցել։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը՝ Ճապոնիայի ազգային օդերևութաբանական վարչությանը հղումով։

Նշվում է, որ 5,9 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժի էպիկենտրոնը գտնվել է Նոտո թերակղզու շրջանում, աղբյուրը՝ 10 կմ խորության վրա։

Զոհերի ու ավերածությունների մասին տեղեկություններ չեն հաղորդվել։ Հայտարարվել է ցունամիի վտանգ, սակայն րոպեներ անց նախազգուշացումը չեղարկվել է։

Առաջին երկրաշարժից 10 րոպե անց տեղի է ունեցել երկրորդը, որի ուժգնությունը մոտ էր նախորդին։ Տեղի բնակիչներին նախազգուշացվել է երկրաշարժի հնարավոր կրկնության մասին և կոչ արվել պահպանել հանգստությունն ու զգոնությունը։
