Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին Կիևի կապիտուլյացիայից հետո պետք է ձերբակալվի և դատարանի առաջ կանգնի կամ չեզոքացվի՝ որպես ահաբեկիչ, հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԽ քարտուղարի տեղակալ զդմիտրի Մեդվեդևը։

«Ուկրաինայի կապիտուլյացիայից հետո Զելենսկու ճակատագիրը մեզ համար միևնույն չէ։ Նա  պետք է ձերբակալվի և դատարանի առջև կանգնի՝  Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների և ուկրաինացիների դեմ հանցագործությունների համար։ Հանցագործին ձերբակալելու անհնարինության դեպքում նրա նկատմամբ պետք է կիրառվեն ահաբեկիչների դեմ գործադրվող կանոնները։ Հենց այդպիսի ճակատագիր է բաժին հասել Զելենսկու հոգևոր հայր Ստեպան Բանդերային»,- ասել է Մեդվեդևը։
