Ուկրաինայի Խարկովի մարզում ակտիվ ռազմական գործողությունների հատվածներում գտնվող  շրջաններից ավելի քան 4000  բնակիչ է տարհանվել:

Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում հայտնել է Խարկովի շրջանային ռազմական վարչակազմի ղեկավար Օլեգ Սինեգուբովը։

Նրա տեղեկատվությամբ՝ բնակչության տարհանում է իրականացվել այն ​​տարածքներից, որտեղ սաստկացրել են ռազմական գործողությունները և բնակչության կյանքին ու առողջությանը վտանգ է սպառնում:

Նա նշել է, որ տարհանվածներին, բացի կացարանից, տրամադրվում է նաև մարդասիրական, բժշկական, հոգեբանական և իրավական աջակցություն:
