Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտարարել է, որ եվրոպական երկրների ղեկավարները մեծացնում են լարվածությունը Ուկրաինայում տիրող իրավիճակի շուրջ, քանի որ տեսնում են, որ նրա համար մարտադաշտում իրավիճակը հղի է պաշտպանության փլուզմամբ, գրում է Коммерсант-ը։

«Եվրոպացիները պատրաստվում են վա-բանկ գնալ: Նրանք տեսնում են, որ իրավիճակն արագորեն փոխվում է, և դա հղի է ուկրաինացիների համար լիակատար կործանմամբ, ուստի իրենք էլ օգտագործում են այս իրավիճակը», - ասել է Դմիտրի Պեսկովը «Մոսկվա. Կրեմլ.Պուտին» ծրագրի համար, երբ իրեն խնդրել են մեկնաբանել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի «ռազմական հայտարարությունները»: 

Էմանուել Մակրոնը բազմիցս չի բացառել Ուկրաինա զորքերի ուղարկումը։ Միաժամանակ, նա բացատրել է, որ այս սցենարը հնարավոր է միայն այն դեպքում, եթե դա խնդրեն Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունները։
