ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը ստորագրել է Կոնգրեսի կողմից հաստատված Կիևին ռազմական օգնություն տրամադրելու մասին օրենքների փաթեթը, և սպասվում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն այս շաբաթ կվերսկսի զենքի մատակարարումն Ուկրաինային։ Նրա ելույթը Սպիտակ տնից հեռարձակել են ամերիկյան հեռուստատեսային լրատվական ընկերությունները։
