Ամերիկայի նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը կավարտվի այն բանից հետո, երբ ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսը կքվեարկի Կիևին նոր աջակցություն տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ, գրում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։

«Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը կավարտվի, երբ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի առաջնորդը թույլ տա քվեարկություն անցկացնել: Դեմոկրատների և հանրապետականների մեծամասնության կողմից Ուկրաինային մեծ աջակցություն կա: Քվեարկությունը պետք է տեղի ունենա հիմա»,- ասել է նա Ճապոնիայի վարչապետ Ֆումիո Կիսիդայի հետ մամուլի ասուլիսում:
