Իսրայելի պաշտպանության բանակը երկու շաբաթ տևած գործողությունից հետո իր ուժերը դուրս է բերել Գազայի հատվածի «Ալ Շիֆա» գլխավոր հիվանդանոցային համալիրից՝ իր հետևում թողնելով ավերակներ:

Ինչպես նշում է Daily Mail-ը, դրանից հետո հարյուրավոր մարդիկ վերադարձել են հիվանդանոց, ինչպես նաև հարակից տարածքներ: Նրանք մի քանի դի են հայտնաբերել հիվանդանոցի ներսում և դրսում:
