Նշվում է, որ դրանք պետք է գնվեին եվրոպական ֆոնդերով և ուղարկվեին Ուկրաինա:

Հունական «Kathimerini» թերթի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախորդ շաբաթասկզբին տեղի ունեցած Եվրոպական միության (ԵՄ) քաղաքականության և անվտանգության կոմիտեի ժողովի ընթացքում 3 երկիր վետո է այդ գործարքի իրականացման վրա:
