Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու առաջարկած «խաղաղության բանաձևը» ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան կեղծիք, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը «Եվրամայդան. Ուկրաինայի կորսված տասնամյակը» գիտական և գործնական համաժողովում։ Այս մասին գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Այն փաստը, որ սա կեղծ և պարզապես, նվազագույնը, հիմար նախաձեռնություն է, պարզ է բոլորի համար»,- ասել է Լավրովը։

2023 թվականի սկզբին Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու ներկայացրած «խաղաղության բանաձևը» ներառում է ռուսական զորքերի ամբողջական դուրսբերում, 1991 թվականի սահմաններում Ուկրաինայի տարածքային ամբողջականության վերականգնում, բոլոր գերիների ազատ արձակում, միջուկային, պարենային և բնապահպանական անվտանգության ապահովում։
