Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը, այդ թվում՝ ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտում, հնարավոր չի թվում առանց ՀԱՊԿ-ում համագործակցության. RIA Novosti-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ՀԱՊԿ հարցերով հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Վիկտոր Վասիլևը։

«Ես չեմ կարող ձեզ տրամադրել տեղեկատվություն, որը հստակ ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը, այդ թվում՝ ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտում, հնարավոր չէ առանց ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում համագործակցության», - ասել է Վասիլևը։

Բացի այդ, դիվանագետը հավելել է, որ Ռուսաստանը տեսնում է արևմտյան երկրների կողմից Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը օգտագործելու փորձեր՝ իրավիճակը սրելու ոչ միայն այնտեղ, այլև ողջ Կովկասում։

«Մենք օգտագործում ենք ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում քննարկումները բոլոր մակարդակներում, որպեսզի մեր հայ գործընկերների ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացնենք արևմտյան երկրների այս գիտակցված քաղաքականության վրա»,- ընդգծեց նա։
