Ադրբեջանը դիտարկում է Եվրոպայի խորհրդից դուրս գալու հարցը

Ադրբեջանը քննարկում է Եվրոպայի խորհրդից դուրս գալու ընթացակարգը՝ ի պատասխան ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության լիազորությունները սահմանափակելու ԵԽԽՎ որոշմանը։

«Ադրբեջանը մտադիր չէ համակերպվել այդ անարդար և կանխակալ վերաբերմունքի հետ, և ներկայում պաշտոնական Բաքուն դիտարկում է ոչ միայն ԵԽԽՎ-ից, այլև ընդհանրապես Եվրոպայի խորհրդից դուրս գալու ընթացակարգը»,– հայտնում են ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոները` հղում անելով իրենց աղբյուրներին։

Նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանը նաև կարող է հրաժարվի ճանաչել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի իրավազորությունը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 24-ին Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը (ԵԽԽՎ) քվեարկությամբ որոշել էր չվավերացնել Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության լիազորությունները։ Այդ որոշմամբ Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությունն առնվազն մեկ տարով հեռացվել է ԵԽԽՎ-ից։
