Առնվազն 160 մարդ է զոհվել Կենտրոնական Նիգերիայում գյուղերի վրա մի շարք հարձակումների հետևանքով. այս մասին, mehrnews.com-ի փոխանցմամբ, հայտնել են տեղական իշխանությունները:

Ի սկզբանե հաղորդվում էր 16 զոհի մասին. դա տեղի է ունեցել Բոկկոսի շրջանի հովիվների և ֆերմերների միջև բախման հետևանքով:Հաստատվել է, որ առնվազն 113 մարդ սպանվել է, և ավելի քան 300 վիրավորներ տեղափոխվել են Բոկկոսի, Ջոսի և Բարկին Լադիի հիվանդանոցներ, երկուշաբթի Քասան, Բոկկոսում, Պլոտո նահանգի տեղական կառավարության ղեկավարը, մեջբերում է AFP-ն:

Տեղական Կարմիր խաչի ներկայացուցիչները հայտնել են Բոկկոսի շրջանի 18 գյուղերում 104 մահվան դեպքի մասին: Նահանգի խորհրդարանի անդամ Դիքսոն Չոլոմի խոսքով, առնվազն 50 մարդ է զոհվել նաև Բարկին Լադի շրջանի մի քանի գյուղերում:

Դա սարահարթում բռնության ամենավատ բռնկումն է մայիսից ի վեր, երբ ավելի քան 100 մարդ էր սպանվել  ֆերմերների և հովիվների բախումների ժամանակ:
