ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտենբերգը կարծում է, որ Ուկրաինայի համար իրավիճակը կարող է վատթարանալ, եթե Արևմուտքը չավելացնի զենքի մատակարարումները։

Նրա կարծիքով՝ Կիևը գտնվում է «կրիտիկական իրավիճակում»։

«Մենք պետք է պատրաստվենք վատ նորություններին», - ասել է Ստոլտենբերգը գերմանական Das Erste հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում:

Նա նշել է, որ «հակամարտությունները զարգանում են փուլերով»։
