ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգը դաշինքի երկրներին կոչ է արել պատրաստ լինել Ուկրաինայի տարածքում ռազմական գործողությունների ուժգնացմանը, ինչով պայմանավորված էլ, նրա խոսքով, անհրաժեշտ է ակտիվացնել Կիևին ռազմամթերք   մատակարարելու գործընթացը։ 

«Ականատեսն ենք, որ Ուկրաինայում ինտենսիվ մարտական գործողություններ են ընթանում, անօդաչու թռչող սարքերից հարվածներ են հասցվում, մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք, որ մարտական գործողություններն ուժգնանալու են և նոր  օդային ու հրթիռային հարվածներ ու գրոհներ են լինելու։ Դա ավելի արդիական ու կարևոր է դարձնում ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկրների կողմից Կիևին օգնության տրամադրումն ակտիվացնելը»,- ասել է Ստոլտենբերգը։
