Ռուսաստանը մեծ աշխատանք է կատարել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության երկրների հետ ՀՕՊ միասնական համակարգի ստեղծման հարցում. ասել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։

Չորեքշաբթի կառավարության հետ հանդիպմանը նա նշել է, որ բանակցությունների ընթացքում ընդհանուր անվտանգության ապահովման հարցեր է քննարկել Տաջիկստանի նախագահ Ռահմոնի հետ, ով ներկայումս այցով գտնվում է Ռուսաստանում։

«Հիմա կուզենայի հակիրճ անդրադառնալ դրանցից մեկին, ավելին, վաղը Մինսկում մենք հանդիպում կունենանք Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գործընկերների հետ, հարցերից մեկը ՀՕՊ միասնական միասնական համակարգի ձևավորումն է»,- ասել է նա:
