Իսրայելի հարվածները Գազայի հիվանդանոցների վրա, որոնք հանգեցնում են հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիական անձանց մահվան և ավերածությունների, պետք է հետաքննվեն որպես ռազմական հանցագործություն, հայտարարել է միջազգային իրավապաշտպան Human Rights Watch կազմակերպությունը։

Human Rights Watch-ի ձևակերպմամբ՝ հիվանդանոցների, շտապ օգնության մեքենաների վրա Իսրայելի հարձակումները ոչ մի արդարացում չունեն և հանդիսանում են միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի խախտում։

Միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունը Իսրայելին կոչ է ուղղել անհապաղ դադարեցնել գրոհները բուժհաստատությունների և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների ուղղությամբ, ապաշրջափակել Գազայի հատվածը, իսկ շրջափակումը նույնպես դիտարկել որպես ռազմական հանցագործություն։
