ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարը և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության Պետական ​​խորհրդի փոխվարչապետը հանդիպել են Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյում APEC-ի առաջնորդների գագաթնաժողովի նախօրեին, որի շրջանակում ակնկալվում է, որ նոյեմբերի 15-ն կհանդիպեն նախագահ Բայդենը և Չինաստանի նախագահ Սի Ծինփինը, գրում է VOA-ն։
