Ռուսաստանում մատնահետքեր կվերցնեն միգրանտներից․ ի՞նչ է սպասում հայերին

Ռուսաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը շուտով Մոսկվայի օդանավակայաններում կսկսի ժամանող միգրանտների մատնահետքերի նմուշառում իրականացնել։ Այս մասին ասել է ՆԳՆ միգրացիոն հարցերով գլխավոր վարչության ղեկավար Վալենտինա Կազակովան, գրել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Հաշվի առնելով Մոսկվայի կառավարության առաջարկները, կարծում եմ, որ մենք մոտ ապագայում կսկսենք իրականացնել այդ փորձը»,- ասել է նա։

Կազակովայի խոսքերով՝ մատնահետքերի և լուսանկարների տվյալների բազան կօգնի կանխել այն միգրանտների մուտքը Ռուսաստան, որոնք փոխում են իրենց նույնականացման տվյալները:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ այս ընթացակարգերը, բժշկական զննումները զգալիորեն օգնում են հանցագործությունների բացահայտմանը։ 

Պաշտոնյան ասել է, որ Ռուսաստանում կա մոտ 6,5 միլիոն օտարերկրացի, և 4 միլիոնի դեպքում մատնահետքի դակտիլոսկոպիա է արվել։
