ԱՊՀ գլխավոր քարտուղարը խոսել է Բիշքեկում պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նախապատրաստման մասին

Անկախ Պետությունների Համագործակցության (ԱՊՀ) գլխավոր քարտուղար Սերգեյ Լեբեդևը հստակեցրել է, որ ակնկալում է, որ ասոցիացիայի բոլոր երկրների ղեկավարները, բացառությամբ Ուկրաինայի և Մոլդովայի, կմասնակցեն Բիշքեկում կայանալիք ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստին։

Խորհրդի նիստը Ղրղզստանի մայրաքաղաքում նախատեսված է հոկտեմբերի 13-ին։ Նախօրեին տեղի կունենա ԱՊՀ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստը։ Երկրների մեծ մասը հաստատել է իրենց մասնակցությունը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Ուկրաինայի և Մոլդովայի ներկայությանը, ապա նրանք ներկայացված չեն լինի ԱՊՀ երկրների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստին։

Պատասխանելով Ղարաբաղի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի ֆոնին Բիշքեկում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ներկայության պլանների մասին հարցին՝ Լեբեդևը նշել է, որ Համագործակցության գործադիր կոմիտեն տեղեկություն չունի, որ այլ երկրներ, բացի Ուկրաինայից և Մոլդովայից, հրաժարվում են մասնակցել։

«Ինչ վերաբերում է մնացածին, մենք տեղեկություն չունենք, որ որևէ մեկը կհրաժարվի մասնակցությունից: Համենայնդեպս, այն տեղեկատվությունը, որը մենք հիմա ունենք, հուշում է, և մենք հուսով ենք, որ այդպես է՝ երկրների մեծ մասը, բացառությամբ Ուկրաինայի և Մոլդովայի, ներկայացված կլինեն»,- հավելել է ԱՊՀ գլխավոր քարտուղարը:
