Հոկտեմբերի համար անսովոր տաք եղանակ է հաստատվել  Ապենիններում մոտ 30 աստիճան Ցելսիուս ցերեկային ջերմաստիճանով նույնիսկ երկրի հյուսիսային քաղաքներում: Խոսքը հոկտեմբեր ամսվա ռեկորդային թվերի մասին է, հաղորդում է La Repubblica թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով օդերեւութաբաններին։

Հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ այս շաբաթվա սկզբին Հռոմում և Ֆլորենցիայում, ինչպես նաև երկրի հյուսիսում գտնվող որոշ շրջաններում սպասվում են մինչև 33 աստիճանի պիկեր։ Նշվում է, որ Իտալիայի հյուսիսում ջերմաստիճանի աննշան անկում տեղի կունենա չորեքշաբթի օրվանից, սակայն այս ժամանակահատվածի համար ցուցանիշները դեռ միջինից բարձր կմնան։

Գյուղատնտեսական արտադրողների Coldiretti ասոցիացիայի գնահատումների համաձայն՝ 2023 թվականը ներկայումս Իտալիայում 1800 թվականից ի վեր գրանցված ամենաշոգ տարիներից մեկն է: Ջերմաստիճանը պատմական միջինից բարձր է եղել 0,67 աստիճանով։
