Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչները 2 ոսկե և 1 բրոնզե մեդալ են նվաճել սեպտեմբերի 3-ից Ղրղզստանի մայրաքաղաք Բիշքեկում մեկնարկած խուլերի ըմբշամարտի մեծահասակների, երիտասարդների և պատանիների աշխարհի առաջնությունում:

Մեծահասակների պայքարում հաղթողի կոչմանն արժանացել է Սենիկ Սերոբյանը: Պատանիների պայքարում ոսկե մեդալին արժանացել ու պատվո հարթակի առաջին աստիճանին է կանգնել հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբիշ, 50 կգ քաշային Արման Ասատրյանը, իսկ 55 կգ քաշային Գևորգ Սողոյանը դարձել է բրոնզե մեդալակիր:

Նշենք նաև, որ Հայաստանի հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբշամարտի պատանիների հավաքականը թիմային հաշվարկում գրավել է երրորդ տեղը:

Հայաստանի թիմը մեծաքանակ պատվիրակությամբ է մեկնել մրցավայր: Թիմի կազմում 14 մարզիկ է ընդգրկված:

Ըմբիշները խուլերի աշխարհի առաջնությանը մասնակցում են մարզիչներ Գագիկ Սերոբյանի, Մարտին Ալիխանյանի և Ժիրայր Հովհաննիսյանի ղեկավարությամբ:
