Մահացել է Բորիս Ելցինի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավարը

88 տարեկանում մահացել է Ռուսաստանի առաջին նախագահ Բորիս Ելցինի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Ֆիլատովը, հայտնում է «Петербургский дневник»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով նախկին պաշտոնյայի դստերը։ Նրա մահվան մասին հայտնել է նաև Մոսկվայի գրողների միությունը, որը նա ղեկավարում էր, հայտնում է РБК-ն։

Սերգեյ Ֆիլատովը 1993-1996 թվականներին եղել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը, ղեկավարել է նաև նախագահին առընթեր փորձագիտական-վերլուծական խորհուրդը, նախագահին կից գրականության և արվեստի բնագավառում պետական ​​մրցանակների հանձնման հանձնաժողովի նախագահը։ 1997թ.-ից Սոցիալ-տնտեսական և ինտելեկտուալ ծրագրերի հիմնադրամի նախագահն է։

1991 թվականին Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ​​կոմիտեի պուտչի ժամանակ Ֆիլատովը ղեկավարում էր Սպիտակ տան պաշտպանության շտաբի տեղակալը, հաջորդ տարվա ապրիլից նա դարձավ Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի մշտական ​​անդամ։
