Շոլցը կոչ է արել մեծացնել ԵՄ-ում զինամթերքի արտադրությունը՝ Կիևին աջակցելու համար

Եվրոպան պետք է մեծացնի ԵՄ-ում զինամթերքի արտադրությունը՝ որպես ՆԱՏՕ-ում իր դերի ամրապնդման և Կիևին աջակցելու մաս, ուրբաթ օրը Բրյուսելում Եվրոպական խորհրդի գագաթնաժողովից հետո ասել է Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցը։

«Մենք ինտենսիվորեն քննարկել ենք, թե ինչպես կարելի է ավելի ամրապնդել Եվրոպայի դերը Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքում: Ինձ համար պարզ է այն, որ մենք պետք է մեր կարողությունները կենտրոնացնենք պաշտպանության ոլորտում, հզորացնենք ու արագացնենք պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության արտադրությունը։ Սա հատկապես վերաբերում է զինամթերքի արտադրությանը»,- ասաց նա։

Շոլցը կոչ է արել շուտափույթ ընդունել «Զինամթերքի արտադրությանն աջակցող ակտը» (ASAP), որն ավելի վաղ առաջարկել էր Եվրահանձնաժողովը, քանի որ «զինամթերքը կենսական նշանակություն ունի Ուկրաինայի համար»:
