Հունիսի 28-ին, ժամը 09.55-ին, հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժին հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ «որովայնի առաջնային պատի թափանցող վերք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է ընդունվել 25-ամյա մի երիտասարդ:

Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ նա հայտնել էր, թե վնասվածքը ստացել է Շահումյան գյուղի դաշտում ձիուց ընկնելու հետևանքով:

Ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզել են, որ հունիսի 24-ի ժամը 03.30-ի սահմաններում Շահումյան գյուղում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ 25-ամյա երիտասարդին կտրող-ծակող առարկայով խփել էր 37-ամյա համագյուղացին: Հունիսի 28-ին նա ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել է մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
