2023թ․ հունիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 18։00-ի սահմաններում, Կապանի 39-ամյա բնակչի կողմից վարվող, այլ անձի պատկանող «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, Վարդավանք-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի 5-րդ կմ-ում, ոլորանային հատվածում, դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց ու գլորվել ձորը։

Պատահարի հետևանքով վարորդը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ ուղևորը՝ Կապանի 36-ամյա բնակիչը, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Կապանի ԲԿ» ՓԲ ընկերություն։

Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ՝ ավելի ուշ բուժհաստատությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ վերջինս վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է:

«Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 342-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով  նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Պարզվել է, որ ավտովթարի հետևանքով մահացած երկու անձինք պայմանագրային զինծառայողներ են։
