ԼՂՀ անկախության օգտին քվեարկել է ընտրողների 99,89 տոկոսը․ Արցախի ռուսական համայնքի հայտարարությունը

Արցախի ռուսական համայնքը հանդես է եկել  հայտարարությամբ.

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը հռչակվել է 1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մարզային և Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ ժողովրդական պատգամավորների Շահումյանի շրջանային խորհուրդների համատեղ նիստում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ինքնավար Մարզի (ԼՂԻՄ) և հարակից Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ Շահումյանի շրջանի սահմաններով։

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության հանրաքվեն անցկացվել է 1991 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 10-ին։

 

Հանրաքվեն հարցրեց.

«Համաձա՞յն եք, որ հռչակված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը լինի անկախ պետություն՝ ինքնուրույն որոշող այլ պետությունների և համայնքների հետ համագործակցության ձևերը»։

ԼՂՀ անկախության օգտին քվեարկել է ընտրողների 99,89 տոկոսը»։
