Այսօր Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը դժգոհել է, որ Հայաստանը ջնջել է Ադրբեջանի առաջարկած փաստաթղթում «անջատողականության դատապարտում» ձեւակերպումը։ Այս մասին թվիթերի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է ՀՀ հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:

«Մինչդեռ նա չասաց, որ «անջատողականություն» բառը միջազգային իրավական տերմին չէ և չունի սահմանված միջազգային իրավական սահմանում, թե ինչ պետք է հասկանալ դրա տակ։ Նա չասաց, որ Հայաստանը բացատրություն և պարզաբանում է խնդրել, թե ինչ է նշանակելու այդ դրույթի կիրառումը կամ առկայությունը հետագայում։

Հակառակ դեպքում, ապագայում ստորագրվելիք փաստաթուղթը կարող է ծանրաբեռնվել բազմակի մեկնաբանություններ ունեցող ձեւակերպումներով, ապա անվերջ պնդել, որ կողմերի մեկնաբանությամբ պայմանավորվածությունը խախտվել է»,- հավելել է նա:
