Ապրիլի 19-ին Տավուշի ոստիկանության՝ անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Տավուշի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի 19-ամյա բնակիչը՝ Կ. Հ.-ն, այս տարվա մարտի սկզբին անառակաբարո գործողություններ է կատարել ակնհայտ 16 տարին չլրացած իր 13-ամյա քրոջ նկատմամբ, գրում է shamshyan.com-ը։

Պարզվել է, որ նա իր 20-ամյա քրոջ կամքին հակառակ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ է կատարել նաև նրա նկատմամբ:    

Ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են կասկածյալին, ով տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին, որտեղից էլ ներկայացվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Բերդի քննչական բաժին:

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ Բերդի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 198 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի և 198 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում Կ. Հ.-ն ձերբակալվել է:
