ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում առաջարկել են սահմանափակել միջուկային զենքի կիրառման նախագահի լիազորությունները

Ամերիկացի կոնգրեսականներն առաջարկել են քննարկել այն օրինագիծը, որն արգելում է ԱՄՆ նախագահին հրաման արձակել միջուկային զենքի կիրառման մասին՝ առանց Կոնգրեսի հետ համաձայնեցնելու։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է դեմոկրատ սենատոր Էդ Մարքիի մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Փաստաթղթի տեքստը գրել է քաղաքական գործիչ եւ Կալիֆոռնիայի նահանգից նրա գործընկեր Թեդ Լյուն։ Նրանք կարծում են, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահի համար պետք է սահմանափակել առանց համաձայնեցման միջուկային հարված հասցնելու հնարավորությունը։

«Ոչ մի նախագահ միակողմնաիորեն պատերազմ հայտարարելու, էլ չենք ասում միջուկային հարված հասցնելու իրավունք եւ սահմանադրական լիազորություններ չունի»,- ընդգծել է Էդ Մարքին։
