Մարտի 11-ին Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Զաքիր Հասանովի գլխավորությամբ տեղի ունեցած ծառայողական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ մանրամասն վերլուծվել է օպերատիվ իրավիճակը հայ-ադրբեջանական պայմանական պետական ​​սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով և «Ղարաբաղի տնտեսական տարածաշրջանում»։
