Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը հայտնել է, որ ներկա պահին քննարկվում է Հայաստանում ռուսական դպրոցներ բացելու հարցը։ Արդեն իսկ աշխատանքային խումբ է ստեղծվել, որը զբաղվում է ռուսաց լեզվով կրթությանն աջակցելու հետ կապված հարցերով։
