Բաքուն եւս մեկ հայց կներկայացնի ընդդեմ Հայաստանի

Բաքվում ՄԱԿ-ի Միջազգային դատարանի երեկվա որոշումից հետո ընդդեմ Հայաստանի նոր հայց է պատրաստվում։

«Բեռնի կոնվենցիայի հիման վրա սկսվել է օկուպացիայի շրջանում շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտման հետ կապված Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի հայցի առաջին միջպետական ընթացակարգը»,-ԱՊԱ գործակալության հաղորդմամբ ասել է Ադրբեջանի փոխարտգործնախարար Էլնուր Մամեդովը:  «Հաջորդ փուլը, որին մենք սպասում ենք, արբիտրի որոշումն է, որը Հայաստանը կներկայացնի այդ պետության կողմից, եւ դատարանի ձեւավորումը։ Այս դատարանում գնահատական կտրվի բնապահպանական հանցագործություններին»,-ասել է Մամեդովը։
