ԱՀ նախագահի խորհրդական Դավիթ Բաբայանը գրում է. «Այսօր լրանում է Ղարաբաղ/յան ազգային-ազատագրական շարժման վերջին փուլի մեկնարկի 35 տարին։ Այսօր մենք՝ Արցախ/ը և ողջ հայ ժողովուրդը, շատ ծանր վիճակում ենք՝ մեր ողջ պատմության, թերևս, ամենաճակատագրական շրջանում։ Սակայն բոլոր դժվարությունները հաղթահարելու համար մենք պետք է հարգենք ու հիշենք մեր պատմությունը, նրա լուսավոր էջերը, ճանաչենք սխալներն ու բացթողումները, բայց դա անենք առանց գոռգոռոցների ու սուտի հայրենասիրական մտորումների, առանց ցուցադրական պոպուլիզմի, իմաստորեն և պրոֆեսիոնալ կերպով։ Միայն այս կերպ մենք կկարողանանք ուժեղանալ նույնիսկ ծանր փորձություններից հետո։ Շնորհավորում եմ մեր ողջ ժողովրդին։ Մի՛ ընկճվիր, կան բոլոր հնարավորությունները վերածննդի համար»:
