Սիրիայի ավերիչ երկրաշարժի հետեւանքով զոհված հայերի թիվը հասել է 4-ի։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սփյուռքի հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի ռազմավարությունների մշակման բաժնի պետ Հովհաննես Ալեքսանյանը։

«Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, զոհերը վիրահատության ենթարկվող հայրը եւ դուստր են, որոնց ընտանիքի մոր եւ որդու զոհվելու մասին հայտնի էր դարձել առավոտյան»,- նշեց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 7,4 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժ է տեղի ունեցել Թուրքիայի Կահրամանմարաշ նահանգում, ժամը 04.17-ին, ավերածություններ են տեղի ունեցել մի շարք քաղաքներում։ Տեղեկացվել է նաեւ Սիրիայի մի քանի շրջաններում տեղի ունեցած ավերածությունների մասին, երկրաշարժը զգացվել է Լիբանանի մայրաքաղաք Բեյրութում։ Զոհերի թիվը ՍԻրայում հասել է 237-ի, իսկ Թուրքիայում՝ 284-ի:

Հալեպում զոհվել են հալեպահայեր մայր և որդի Միրնա եւ Ալպեր Թենքեճյանները։ Նրանք «Ազիզիյե» հայաշատ շրջանի բնակավայրից էին։
