Աֆղանստանում առնվազն 20 մարդ է մահացել երկրի մի շարք նահանգներում եղանակի կտրուկ ցրտելու հետևանքով: Այդ մասին «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկանում Է «Интерфакс» գործակալությունից:

TOLOnews հեռուստաալիքը նշում է, որ ցուրտ եղանակի զոհ են դարձել հիմնականում բնակչության չքավոր խավերի ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք տառապում են պարենի և իրենց բնակարանները տաքացնելու համար վառելիքի պակասից։

Աֆղանստանի ԶԼՄ-ների տվյալներով՝ երկրի հյուսիսարևմտյան Հերաթի նահանգում ցրտահարության պատճառով մոտ 70 մարդ հոսպիտալացվել է։

Հյուսիսարևմտյան Բադղիսի նահանգում ցրտերի պատճառով ոչնչացել են շուրջ 4000 գլուխ խոշոր եղջերավոր անասուններ։ Սառնամանիքներից տուժել են նաև հազարավոր հեկտար գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողատարածքներ։
