Օր 23. Ինչ իրավիճակ է Արցախում

ՀԱՍԱՐԱԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Ադրբեջանը փակել է Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող Լաչինի միջանցքը, ինչի հետևանքով շրջափակման մեջ է հայտնվել Արցախի 120 000 բնակիչ, այդ թվում՝ 30 000 երեխա։ 1100 քաղաքացիական անձ, այդ թվում՝ 270 անչափահաս, չի կարողանում Հայաստանից վերադառնալ Արցախ։

Շրջափակման պատճառով Հայաստանից ամեն օր 400 տոննա սննդամթերք ու դեղորայք հնարավոր չի լինում հասցնել Արցախ, ինչի հետևանքով առկա է սննդի, դեղորայքի պակաս:

350 հիվանդ չի կարողանում բուժում ստանալ Հայաստանում: 12 երեխա գտնվում է նորածնային և վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում, 12 բուժառու՝ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում․ 5-ը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում են։ Այս օրերի ընթացքում շտապ բուժօգնության կարիք ունեցող 8 հայ և 4 օտարերկրացի է միայն Կարմիր խաչի միջնորդությամբ տեղափոխվել Հայաստան, իսկ Արցախում բուժօգնության կարիք ունեցող և ծանր վիճակում գտնվող հիվանդներից մեկը մահացել է:
