ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, պատասխանելով լրագրողի հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Ռուսաստանը հույս ունի, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը կստորագրեն խաղաղության պայմանագիր, և դրանում կնշվի՞ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը, նշել է.

 «Այս հարցն ավելի տրամաբանական է հասցեագրել բանակցող կողմերին, այսինքն՝ Բաքվին և Երևանին։

Հենց նրանք են սահմանում շփումների դինամիկան և որոշում ապագա խաղաղության պայմանագրի բովանդակությունը։ Ռուսաստանը, որին և՛ Ադրբեջանի, և՛ Հայաստանի հետ կապում է ռազմավարական գործընկերության և դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները, ամեն կերպ աջակցում է այդ գործընթացին՝ այն ձևով և ծավալով, որով հետաքրքրված են մեր ադրբեջանցի և հայ բարեկամները»,-հավելել է Լավրովը։
