ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտը պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանել մի շարք երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված ֆիզիկական անձանց նկատմամբ

ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտը հայտարարել է մի շարք երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի, Ուկրաինայի, Չինաստանի, Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված անձանց նկատմամբ «կոռուպցիայի և մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների» պատճառով պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու մասին։ Այս մասին ասվում է գործակալության կայքում հրապարակված մամուլի հաղորդագրությունում։

Պետդեպարտամենտի տվյալներով՝ պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվել ՌԴ նախագահի աշխատակազմի անդամներ Օլեգ Նեստերովի և Եվգենի Կիմի, ՌԴ ԿԸՀ-ի, ինչպես նաև մի շարք անձանց դեմ, ովքեր ներգրավված են «Ուկրաինայում մարդու իրավունքների խախտման մեջ»։

Պատժամիջոցներ են կիրառվել նաև Կիևի շրջանային վարչական դատարանի նախագահ Պավլո Վովկի և նրա ընտանիքի երկու «ամենամոտ» անդամների նկատմամբ՝ «դատական ​​և հասարակական այլ գործընթացներին միջամտելու դիմաց կաշառք ստանալու համար»։

ԱՄՆ-ն պատժամիջոց է սահմանել նաև Ադրբեջանի ՆԳՆ կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության պաշտոնյա Քերիմ Հեյդար Ալիմարդանովի նկատմամբ՝ մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտման, մասնավորապես՝ 2015 և 2016 թվականներին կալանավորների խոշտանգումների մեջ նրա մասնակցության համար:
