ԱԱԾ պետական պահպանության ծառայությունը կդառնա վարչապետին ենթակա մարմին

ԱԱԾ պետական պահպանության ծառայությունը կդառնա վարչապետին ենթակա մարմին։ Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունվեց Ազգային ժողովում:

Նախագծին կողմ քվեարկեց 62 պատգամավոր, 28՝ դեմ: 

Պետական պահպանության ծառայության պետին կնշանակի վարչապետը, իսկ նրա՝ զինվորական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող տեղակալին՝ ՀՀ նախագահը:

Նոր օրենքով երեք պաշտոնյայի կհատկացվի պետական պահպանության ծառայություն՝  նախագահին, վարչապետին ու ԱԺ նախագահին: Ըստ իրավիճակի, սակայն, կարող է անհրաժեշտություն լինել այլ պաշտոնյաների էլ հատկացնել պետական պահպանության ծառայություն, բայց դա կորոշի միայն վարչապետը:

Բացի այդ, նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ ներկայում օրենքի ուժով Հան­րապետության նախագահի և վարչապետի առողջական վիճակին հետևելու նպա­տակով առանձնացվում է անձնական բժիշկ, մինչդեռ անհասկանալի տրամաբանությամբ՝ նման երաշ­խիք նախատեսված չէ բարձ­րա­գույն ներկայացուցչական մարմնի, այն է՝ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի համար, առա­ջարկ­վում է ընդլայնել նշված երաշխիքի ծավալը և այն տարածել նաև Ազգային ժողովի նախա­գահի վրա:
