Կինը երեխային դուրս է նետել 11-րդ հարկի պատուհանից։ Տուժածը ծանր վիճակում հոսպիտալացվել է։ Երեխայի մայրը նույնպես տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց։

«Դատախազությունը ստուգում է անչափահասների վերաբերյալ դաշնային օրենսդրության պահանջների կատարումը, որի արդյունքների հիման վրա հիմքերի առկայության դեպքում կձեռնարկվեն դատախազական արձագանքման միջոցներ։ Անչափահասի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձի փաստով դատավարական որոշման ընդունումը գտնվում է Մոսկվայի դատախազության հսկողության ներքո»,- հավելել են դատախազությունից։
