Գործակալության տվյալներով՝ գազի պաշարները համալրելու համար եվրոպական երկրները շտապել են այն ներմուծել ամբողջ աշխարհից։ Հիմա, երբ եվրոպացիները դեռ ջեռուցումը չեն միացրել, գազի պահեստները գրեթե լցված են։ Գազի գները նույնպես նվազել են եւ կազմում են իրենց ամառային գագաթնակետի մոտ մեկ երրորդը:
