Այն, որ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ավելի հաճախ է շփվում իր թուրք գործընկեր Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ, կապված է միջնորդական ջանքերը շարունակելու Անկարայի ցանկության և երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական լայն կապերի հետ։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

«Անկարան մի դիրքորոշում է ընդունել, որը տարբերվում է Փարիզից և Բեռլինից։ Անկարան հայտարարում է միջնորդական ջանքերը շարունակելու իր պատրաստակամության մասին։ Իսկ նախագահ Պուտինը բազմիցս բարձր է գնահատել Թուրքիայի այս միջնորդական ջանքերը։

Բացի այդ, Ռուսաստանը շատ լայն առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերություններ ունի Թուրքիայի հետ, երկրները տարբեր խոշոր նախագծեր են իրականացնում, և այս ամենը պատճառ է դառնում, որ պետությունների ղեկավարները հաճախ շփվեն միմյանց հետ»,- ասել է Կրեմլի խոսնակը։
