Թուրքիայի անվտանգության խորհուրդը Հայաստանին մեղադրել է սադրանքներ կատարելու մեջ։ Այս մասին ասվում է Թուրքիայի Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ զեկույցում։

«Հայաստանը դատապարտվել է Ադրբեջանի դեմ սադրիչ գործողությունների համար, այս երկրի ղեկավարությանը հիշեցվել է խաղաղություն հաստատելու ընձեռված հնարավորության, ինչպես նաև բոլոր պարտավորությունների կատարման մասին»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

Նշվում է, որ հանդիպմանը մեծ աջակցություն են հայտնել Ադրբեջանին, որն իբր «մեծ ջանքեր է գործադրում կայուն խաղաղության հասնելու համար»։ Ընդգծվել է նաև, որ բոլոր ներգրավված կողմերը, հատկապես տարածաշրջանի պետությունները, պետք է նպաստեն խաղաղ գործընթացին։
